Rates are $400/night or $2400/week Memorial Day and July until the end of the first week after Labor Day. All other dates, $300/night or $1800/week. Well behaved dogs guests are welcome. A three night minimum applies to all stays. We request a 50% deposit by check, refundable in full up to four weeks prior to arrival. The balance due by check or cash is upon arrival. No refund is available for shortened stay. Weather related refunds only for nights with a mandatory Delaware State evacuation order.
Check in is 3 PM or earlier if available. Check out is 11AM. |
